How You Can Help
The Council is supported by a group of concerned citizens - our membership.  Members assist the Council through their donations of time and talent volunteering as board members, speakers, and group facilitators. The most important function of our membership is being informed advocates for our efforts.  The more each of us knows, the better we are to create a drug-free community.

The Hays Caldwell Council is a private, non-profit organization funded through a variety of sources.  Your financial support and contributions of goods, services and volunteer time enable us to continue to provide quality substance abuse programs in Hays and Caldwell counties.

You can be assured that your contributions to the Council are used effectively and wisely.  A volunteer board of caring conscientious citizens guide program efforts, and an independent audit is conducted each year.
